Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how StudyVault collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use the StudyVault website and services.
1. Who We Are
StudyVault is an online study and flashcard platform for Australian students. In this Privacy Policy, "StudyVault", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the StudyVault service.
2. Information We Collect

4. AI-Generated Content
When you upload notes, paste content, or generate flashcards, that content may be processed through AI services we use to provide the StudyVault generator. 5. Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe or another third-party payment provider. Payment providers may collect payment details, billing addresses, and transaction information in accordance with their own privacy policies. StudyVault receives billing-related information needed to confirm payment status, manage subscriptions, and provide customer support.

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, provide support, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We may delete or de-identify data when it is no longer needed.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information using technical and organisational safeguards. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security, and you use the service at your own risk.
