1. Are subscriptions refundable?
Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period begins, unless required by law or stated otherwise in a separate refund policy.
2. Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing tools provided in your account/profile area.
3. Will my subscription renew automatically?
Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
4. What do the plan limits include?
- Free: 4 generations per month, with 5 flashcards in each generation
- Pro: 30 generations per month, with 15 flashcards in each generation
- Team: 100 shared team generations per month, with 25 flashcards in each generation
5. How do I reset my password?
Use the password reset option on the sign-in page and follow the reset link sent to your email address. If you do not receive it, contact support@studyvault.au.
6. Do saved cards sync to my account?
Yes. Saved cards are linked to your signed-in account, so they should still be there when you log back in with the same account.
7. Do generated decks sync to my account?
Yes. Generated decks are also linked to your signed-in account, so they can be available again across future sessions.
8. Will my saved cards and decks appear on another browser?
Yes, as long as you sign into the same account. Guest or local-only data will not carry across until it has been saved to an account.
9. Do I keep every card from a generated deck automatically?
No. After generation, you can choose which cards to keep. The cards you select are saved, and the rest are discarded.
10. Do saved cards count toward my monthly save limit?
Yes. Any cards you choose to save still count toward the save limit for your plan where a save limit applies.
